Acoustic Ceiling Systems in Dallas–Fort Worth
A suspended ceiling is the most visible plane in a commercial space — every sag, stain, and misaligned tile shows. We install and restore ACT systems that read as one clean, level surface.
5.0 · 12 Google reviewsAcoustic ceiling tile does quiet, unglamorous work: it manages sound, hides the mechanical world above it, and sets the light in the room. When it's installed well, nobody notices it. When it isn't, everybody does.
REVIBE installs, replaces, and repairs suspended ceiling systems as a core Division 09 scope — laid out from a plan, leveled precisely, and coordinated around lighting, diffusers, sprinklers, and everything else that lives in the grid.
Scope of work
Ceiling services
New systems, full replacements, and the repairs that keep an existing ceiling presentable.
New suspended grid systems
Complete grid layout and installation for build-outs and new interiors — centered, level, and planned so border tiles land evenly.
Full ceiling replacement
Tear-out of aged or damaged systems and installation of new grid and tile — often the fastest way to modernize an entire space.
Tile replacement & refresh
Swapping stained, sagging, or broken tiles in an existing grid to bring a ceiling back to presentable without a full replacement.
Grid repair & re-leveling
Correcting damaged suspension, sagging runs, and previous poor workmanship so the ceiling plane reads flat again.
Fixture coordination
Layouts coordinated with lighting, HVAC diffusers, and sprinkler heads — and with the trades that connect them — so the finished grid looks composed, not improvised.
Acoustic performance upgrades
Tile selections matched to how the space is used — sound absorption for open offices, cleanability for food and medical-adjacent areas, and appearance everywhere.
Local expertise
ACT work across the DFW metroplex
Most of our ceiling work runs through DFW's commercial spaces: office suites in Dallas, Irving, and Richardson, retail and service businesses in Fort Worth, Arlington, and Mesquite, and tenant improvements across Plano, Frisco, Grapevine, and Lewisville. We handle ceilings as part of full build-outs or as a standalone scope for owners, property managers, and general contractors.
Suspended ceilings are also one of the most cost-effective refreshes in commercial real estate — a new grid and bright tile can change how an entire suite shows to tenants and customers. If your ceiling is dated, stained, or sagging, we'll tell you honestly whether it needs replacement or just focused repair.

How it works
Our process on every project
Talk & walk the space
Call or send a quote request. We'll discuss what you're trying to achieve, walk the space, and flag anything that will affect scope or cost — before you commit to anything.
Scope & estimate in writing
You receive a free written estimate with the scope broken out clearly, so you know exactly what's included and can compare on substance, not vibes.
Build, clean, communicate
Work is sequenced and scheduled, the site is protected and cleaned daily, and you hear about progress from us — you never have to chase your own project.
Walkthrough & punch list
We inspect the finished work with you, run down the punch list until it's done, and don't call a project complete until you do.
FAQ
Acoustic Ceilings questions, answered
Call us with anything these don't cover — straight answers are free.
Can you replace just the tiles and keep our grid?
Often, yes. If the suspension system is sound and level, new tiles alone can transform the ceiling at a fraction of full-replacement cost. We'll inspect the grid and give you an honest recommendation either way.
How disruptive is ceiling work to an operating business?
Less than most interior trades — ACT work is comparatively fast and contained. We can phase by area and, where needed, plan work around your operating hours so the business keeps running.
What ceiling tiles do you install?
We install systems from the major manufacturers and help you choose the right combination of acoustic performance, appearance, and budget for the space — from standard office tile to specialty and high-durability options.
Do you do acoustic ceilings in homes?
Suspended grid is most common in commercial spaces, but it earns its keep in basements, garages converted to work spaces, and utility areas where access to what's above matters. If a drywall ceiling suits your room better, we do that too — and we'll say so.
