Commercial Remodeling & Build-Outs in DFW
Offices, retail spaces, and commercial interiors across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex — with the Division 08 & 09 scopes that decide whether a schedule holds, self-performed by our own crews.
5.0 · 12 Google reviewsOn a commercial job, the interior trades sit on the critical path: framing has to be straight and on layout, drywall has to close on time, ceilings and paint have to land before fixtures and furniture. Because REVIBE self-performs these scopes rather than brokering them out, we control the quality and the schedule at the same time.
We work directly with business owners and property managers, and alongside general contractors as a dependable interiors subcontractor. Either way you get the same thing: a clear scope, realistic dates, and crews that show up when they said they would.

Local expertise
Built for how DFW commercial work actually runs
Dallas–Fort Worth is one of the most active commercial markets in the country, and the pace shows on every project: compressed build-out windows in Dallas and Las Colinas office corridors, retail turnovers in Fort Worth, Arlington, and Grand Prairie, and steady tenant-improvement work in the suburbs from Plano and Frisco to Grapevine and Lewisville. Deadlines in this market are commitments to landlords, lenders, and opening dates — not suggestions.
We plan our framing, drywall, ceiling, and paint scopes around that reality. That means coordinating cleanly with other trades, protecting adjacent occupied spaces, keeping the site safe and broom-clean, and communicating schedule status without being chased. When work needs to happen around your business hours, we plan the phasing with you up front.

How it works
Our process on every project
Talk & walk the space
Call or send a quote request. We'll discuss what you're trying to achieve, walk the space, and flag anything that will affect scope or cost — before you commit to anything.
Scope & estimate in writing
You receive a free written estimate with the scope broken out clearly, so you know exactly what's included and can compare on substance, not vibes.
Build, clean, communicate
Work is sequenced and scheduled, the site is protected and cleaned daily, and you hear about progress from us — you never have to chase your own project.
Walkthrough & punch list
We inspect the finished work with you, run down the punch list until it's done, and don't call a project complete until you do.
FAQ
Commercial Remodeling questions, answered
Call us with anything these don't cover — straight answers are free.
Do you work with general contractors or directly with owners?
Both. We serve as an interiors subcontractor for GCs who need dependable Division 08 & 09 execution, and we work directly with business owners and property managers on remodels and refreshes. We'll scope the engagement to fit how your project is structured.
Can you work while our business stays open?
In many cases, yes. We phase work, contain dust, and can schedule around your operating hours where the project allows. Occupied-space work takes more planning — we do that planning with you before the first crew arrives.
What size projects do you take on?
From single-suite refreshes to multi-room build-outs. The best way to find out if a project fits is to send us the scope or plans — we'll review them and respond with a straight answer.
Do you provide written proposals?
Yes. You'll get a written scope and price, broken out clearly enough to compare and to hold us accountable against. If plans or specs exist, we bid to them.
